There could be several reasons why your video import failed:

Your video may lack an audio track. Check if your video plays with sound. If there is no sound, try re-importing the video with audio included or find an alternative source of the video.
The audio of the video you imported may be encoded in PCM, which can sometimes cause importing issues. In this case, it is recommended to transfer the video to another device, log in to Blink on that device, and then try importing the video.
The import failure could be due to unstable internet connection. Check and switch your network, then try importing again.
The format of your video is MOV, which could have compatibility issues. Consider trying a different video format, such as MP4, and see if any additional problems occur.

Why is the quality of my exported video so poor?

Vozo Voice offers two video export quality options: exporting at the original video quality and recommending the most suitable quality based on your device.

If the exported video quality is poor, it may be due to the following reasons:

Device Performance Issues: Your device may have performance limitations that affect the video export process. Insufficient processing power or memory can result in lower-quality exports.
Poor Original Video Quality: The quality of the original video footage can also impact the exported video quality.

To address this issue, you can try both export quality options provided by Blink. Compare the results to determine which option yields better quality for your specific needs.

Why can’t I restore my subscription?

If the restore process is unsuccessful, it could be due to using a different account in the application store than the one you used when subscribing to Blink.

Please try logging into the application store with any other account you may have used to purchase Blink Pro, and attempt the restore process again to see if it resolves the issue.

How to export videos with higher quality？

Vozo Voice provides two video export quality options: original quality and recommended quality.

Selecting "original quality" for export will maintain the same resolution and frame rate as the imported/recorded video.

Choosing "recommended quality" option, Vozo Voice will recommend an optimal export quality based on your device configuration.

If the imported video quality matches the recommended export quality, selecting either option will result in the same video quality.

If I can’t find the exported video in my gallery, where should I look?

You can go to the file manager on your device and locate the "Movies" folder. From there, navigate to the "Vozo Voice" folder and see if you can find it there.

Can projects be recoverred after they have been deleted?

No, you cannot.

To protect user privacy and data security, files exported from Vozo Voice are saved locally. So if you delete a project, the data related to that project will be gone. Therefore, please check carefully before deleting.

Will data be lost if the app is reinstalled after uninstallation?

Yes.

If you uninstall the app and then reinstall it, the data related to any projects you had saved in the app will be lost. This is because project files are saved locally. So, before uninstalling the app, make sure to check and save any relevant data.

How to delete your account and personal data from the app?

You can delete your account and personal data from the app by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the app's Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.

Step 3: Select "Delete Account".

Step 4: Confirm the deletion.

Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.Therefore, please back up your data before deletion.
